Party Liability Waiver

In consideration of participating in InstaFreeze Meals Fill Your Freezer Party, I acknowledge and understand the dangers and risks inherent in such activities related to preparing food, consuming certain foods, and working with tools and appliances (the “Party”).

I hereby waive, release, and discharge InstaFreeze Meals, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “InstaFreeze”) and its instructors, officers, employees and volunteers against any and all claims, demands, action or causes of action for costs, expenses or damages to personal property or personal injury, or death, which may result from my participation in these activities.

I agree that I will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of the facilities during my Party.

I agree that I will not attend my session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable diseases, such as COVID-19, cold, or flu.

I agree that I will promptly freeze my InstaFreeze meals following the conclusion of my Party.

I agree that I will follow the cooking and baking instructions specified on all meals.

I agree that I will keep all dinners below 40ºF while in storage and I will heat all dinners to an internal temperature above 145ºF for Steak, 155ºF for fish or ground beef, and 165ºF for poultry when ready to eat.

I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all of my InstaFreeze meals.

I agree to release InstaFreeze  from all claims, damages, and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of InstaFreeze meals.

I will not resell my InstaFreeze meals or use them for commercial service.

In the event of any lawsuit, the parties agree to submit any dispute and to fully and finally settle all disputes only through binding arbitration as provided in the InstaFreeze Terms and Conditions.  In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited.   The arbitrator’s decision and award are final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the Party, including responsibility for using reasonable judgment in all phases of participation.

I acknowledge that my participation is solely at my own risk, and that I assume full responsibility for any resulting injuries and damages.

I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the appropriate person in Party of emergency medical information and have informed the instructor of ANY food allergies/or dietary restrictions for myself.

I also understand that this Waiver of Liability and Release binds my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, as well as myself.
